7月(yue)23日,由湖南路桥建设集团有限(xian)责任公(gong)司承建的(de)城龙高(gao)速公(gong)路2-1标段汀坪溪大(da)(da)桥左幅9-9桩基顺利(li)完成浇筑,至(zhi)此,全线(xian)桩基施(shi)工(gong)突破300根大(da)(da)关(guan),桩基施(shi)工(gong)任务完成过半,为下半年桥梁下构的(de)大(da)(da)面积施(shi)工(gong)及梁板(ban)架设打开(kai)了有利(li)局面。
栗树湾施工便道
城步至龙(long)胜(湘(xiang)桂界)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(简(jian)称城龙(long)高(gao)(gao)速(su))是连接(jie)(jie)湘(xiang)桂两省(sheng)区(qu)(qu)的交通(tong)大(da)通(tong)道,分为湖(hu)南段与广西段。城龙(long)高(gao)(gao)速(su)湖(hu)南段主线(xian)长51.82千(qian)米(mi),连接(jie)(jie)线(xian)长8.3千(qian)米(mi),总投资约89.78亿元(yuan)。城龙(long)高(gao)(gao)速(su)的建设,加强了湘(xiang)桂通(tong)道衔接(jie)(jie),对于完善(shan)湖(hu)南、广西两地高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路路网、改善(shan)区(qu)(qu)域交通(tong)运输条件,巩(gong)固(gu)武陵(ling)山集中连片特困地区(qu)(qu)脱贫攻坚(jian)成果(guo),推进乡村振兴,促(cu)进湘(xiang)西南地区(qu)(qu)对接(jie)(jie)融入粤港澳大(da)湾区(qu)(qu)和东盟,促(cu)进沿线(xian)旅游资源开发和地区(qu)(qu)经(jing)济社会发展具有重(zhong)要意义。
城龙高速2-1标(biao)段位于湖(hu)南省邵阳市城步苗族(zu)自治县境内(nei),地(di)形(xing)条(tiao)件复杂、沟谷(gu)纵(zong)横(heng)、地(di)势(shi)陡(dou)(dou)峭,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)便道须盘山而建且(qie)数量需求多(duo),纵(zong)横(heng)向(xiang)便道最大(da)平(ping)(ping)均坡率达20%,累(lei)计长度(du)达11公里(li),拉通困(kun)难(nan)。沿线桩(zhuang)基所处位置地(di)质情况多(duo)变(bian),夹层分布广泛,强发育岩溶和裂(lie)隙(xi)较多(duo),钻孔时发生(sheng)卡钻、垮塌(ta)、漏浆等现(xian)象较多(duo)。本标(biao)段设计桩(zhuang)基559根,平(ping)(ping)均桩(zhuang)长35米,最大(da)桩(zhuang)长88米,且(qie)近半数位于陡(dou)(dou)峭坡体(ti)上(shang),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)平(ping)(ping)台搭设困(kun)难(nan),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)场地(di)受限严重,整体(ti)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)难(nan)度(du)大(da),安全(quan)风(feng)险高。

针对(dui)地(di)(di)形复杂等困难,项目(mu)(mu)部详尽调查了(le)(le)项目(mu)(mu)沿(yan)线(xian)地(di)(di)貌及(ji)当地(di)(di)道路走向,与地(di)(di)方(fang)政府及(ji)居(ju)民进(jin)行多(duo)次协(xie)商(shang),结合(he)无人机(ji)航拍确定了(le)(le)合(he)适(shi)的纵横向便(bian)道设(she)置方(fang)案,为顺利推进(jin)施工(gong)提(ti)供了(le)(le)坚实保(bao)障(zhang)。

针(zhen)对(dui)陡坡桩基(ji)施(shi)工(gong)难题(ti),项目(mu)部积极(ji)协调(diao)业(ye)主和设计院,提(ti)出(chu)了增加防护、降低承台标高、缩减(jian)桩基(ji)长(zhang)度(du)等(deng)方案(an),在保证(zheng)工(gong)程质量和施(shi)工(gong)安全的前提(ti)下,最大(da)程度(du)降低施(shi)工(gong)难度(du)。
针(zhen)对不(bu)良地(di)质问题,项目部对沿线地(di)质情(qing)况进(jin)行(xing)了多(duo)次(ci)勘验(yan)与(yu)检测,在会(hui)同有(you)(you)关专家进(jin)行(xing)研(yan)讨后,提出了溶(rong)(rong)岩和地(di)质断层地(di)区桩基(ji)施(shi)工(gong)的相关优化措(cuo)施(shi);在钻(zuan)(zuan)孔施(shi)工(gong)时,依据钻(zuan)(zuan)进(jin)进(jin)度并结合(he)地(di)质详勘结果,实时调(diao)(diao)整掘进(jin)速度、钻(zuan)(zuan)机功率(lv)等(deng)参数(shu),发现(xian)溶(rong)(rong)洞和渗漏等(deng)问题及(ji)时采取增加钢(gang)护筒(tong)长度、回(hui)填(tian)片石(shi)、回(hui)填(tian)混凝(ning)土、调(diao)(diao)整泥浆比重等(deng)有(you)(you)效(xiao)的措(cuo)施(shi)进(jin)行(xing)处置。

针对上半年(nian)城(cheng)步地区(qu)降雨频(pin)繁对野外施工(gong)的不利影(ying)响,项目部(bu)(bu)提前部(bu)(bu)署,抢抓汛前施工(gong)黄金时期,开足马力奋战桩基施工(gong);汛期中紧(jin)密关(guan)注(zhu)雨情和水情发(fa)展态势以及分(fen)时天气预报,加强桩基孔(kong)(kong)(kong)口防护,防止地面泥水杂(za)物和大(da)量雨水流入孔(kong)(kong)(kong)内;桩基成孔(kong)(kong)(kong)后(hou),合(he)理安(an)(an)排混(hun)凝土生(sheng)产(chan)任务,降低罐车载重保障运输(shu)安(an)(an)全,浇(jiao)筑完成后(hou)及时进(jin)行遮盖。
下阶段,项目部将(jiang)持(chi)续锚定质安节点目标(biao),秉持(chi)“起步(bu)即冲刺、开(kai)局即决(jue)战”的信念,抢抓下半(ban)年施(shi)工(gong)黄金期,加(jia)大投入,多措并举,攻坚(jian)克难,全力推进城龙高速建(jian)设,确保(bao)完成(cheng)年度工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)设目标(biao)。
